Creamy Keto Skillet Chicken Dinner

Makes 2 servings 
2 chicken thighs 
1/2 lb asparagus 
1/2 lemon 
2 TBSP of capers 
1 TBSP ghee 
1 original know brainer creamer 
Salt and pepper to taste
Add the ghee to a heated skillet then add the chicken to brown and season with salt and pepper. Once lightly browned add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the asparagus is softened and the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
